Lyv ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using the Lyv platform, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account and use the Service:
- Account information: email address, name, and password.
- Profile information: age, goals, training history, dietary preferences, lifestyle inputs, and other health-related information you enter during onboarding.
- Blood work and pathology data: if you choose to upload it. This is optional and used solely to personalise your health protocols.
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed and features used.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and personalise your health protocols.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or health data to third parties.
3. Blood Work and Sensitive Health Data
Any blood work or pathology results you upload are treated as sensitive health information. This data is used exclusively to generate personalised supplement and health protocols within the Service. It is not shared with third parties, used for advertising, or processed for any purpose beyond your direct personalisation.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform:
- Firebase (Google): database and infrastructure.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Loops: transactional and lifecycle email delivery.
Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security standards. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Export your data at any time from your account portal.

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
